Lunar New Year (Tết Nguyên Đán) không chỉ là dịp lễ lớn nhất tại Việt Nam mà còn là một chủ đề cực kỳ phổ biến trong các bài thi Speaking (như IELTS) hoặc giao tiếp hàng ngày với người nước ngoài. Tuy nhiên, để nói về Tết sao cho “sang”, tránh lặp từ và thể hiện được chiều sâu văn hóa không phải là điều dễ dàng.
1. Từ vựng “ghi điểm” chủ đề Lunar New Year

3. Lưu ý khi luyện Speaking chủ đề Tết
Để đạt điểm cao hoặc giao tiếp ấn tượng, bạn cần chú ý 3 điểm sau:

Sử dụng thì hiện tại đơn (Present Simple): Vì Tết là một sự thật hiển nhiên, một phong tục lặp đi lặp lại, hãy dùng thì hiện tại đơn để mô tả thói quen.

Đừng chỉ liệt kê: Thay vì nói “I eat, sleep, and play”, hãy mở rộng ý bằng cảm xúc (It feels heartwarming…) hoặc lý do (because it is a time to…).
